AIC Youth Leadership Group
The AIC Youth Leadership Group is a youth-led space for teenagers and young adults (ages 15โ30) based in Fredericton, New Brunswick. We believe in empowering the next generation to take charge of community programs, develop leadership skills, and advocate for important social causes.
Through workshops, mentorship, and hands-on project management, members gain invaluable experience in planning events, public speaking, peer education, and community outreach.
Leadership Training

Social Advocacy
Lead initiatives around diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism to build a welcoming community.
Mentorship & Peer Education
Connect with professionals and mentor younger children, sharing stories and cultural perspectives.
STAND STRONG: Youth Against Racism

STAND STRONG is a youth-led anti-racism education and community engagement initiative. The project is designed to give young people practical tools to recognize racism, respond safely and calmly, support people who experience discrimination, and become positive bystanders.
Youth-Led Workshops
Interactive sessions, scenario-based learning, and peer-to-peer discussions.
Practical Allyship
Actionable bystander skills (Direct, Distract, Delegate, Delay, Document).
Free Participation
Fully open to youth ages 15โ30. Support available in English and Hindi.
Safe Space
No pressure to share personal details. Anonymous feedback options provided.
